Region 9’s second year building construction students built cabinets for the Rumford Information Booth. This was a community service project supervised by Cliff Thurston under the direction of Lloyd Williams, Region 9 building construction instructor.  Last spring Ron Russell, volunteer for the Rumford Information Booth, contacted Lloyd Williams, and communicated the needs of the organization. Region 9 staff members will be visiting all three of our high schools to present Region 9 program information to sophomores and juniors.  Our first scheduled presentation will be on Friday, February 26th at 10:20am at Telstar Regional High School.  Dates for Mountain Valley High School and Dirigo High School will follow.
